How to pack your device
- 1Submit a repair request first — the request number speeds up intake.
- 2Put a note inside with your name, phone number and a short fault description (or the request number).
- 3Remove or secure batteries according to carrier rules (especially for drones).
- 4Wrap the device in bubble wrap and fill the empty space in the box.
- 53D printers ship best in the original box with transport locks; pack robots and stations separately.
- 6Keep the tracking number until we confirm we have received the parcel.
Note: you can also ship without filling in the form — just make sure the note with your contact details and fault description is inside the parcel.
