We service Dreame robot vacuums together with their docking stations: mop and drive modules, sensors, batteries, navigation and charging problems. Diagnostics is free, repairs start only after you approve the quote — with a 12-month warranty.

Yes. Typical causes are dirty or damaged sensors, a station fault or a charging problem. Free diagnostics will pinpoint the source.
Do you repair docking stations?
Yes — both robots and docking/washing stations: dust extraction, water pumps and electronics.
How do I get the robot to you?
In person in Katowice or by courier / InPost locker. Please pack the robot and the station separately.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
Yes, every repair carries a 12-month warranty.
