We repair Thermomix kitchen machines — TM5, TM6 and the latest TM7. Heating and scale faults, motor, bearing and blade-seal replacement, lid-lock mechanisms, touchscreens and control electronics. Diagnostics is free and every repair carries a 12-month warranty.

Diagnostics is free, you get the quote before the repair, and replaced parts and labour carry a 12-month warranty. How much does a Thermomix repair cost?
The cost depends on the model and the root cause — two identical symptoms can have very different causes. That is why we start with free diagnostics and begin the repair only after you approve the quote. Indicative ranges for the most common repairs (parts and labour):
- Diagnostics — PLN 0, also if you decline the repair after the quote.
- Blade seal and bearing, leak under the bowl — usually PLN 150–300.
- Scale: load cells, calibration — usually PLN 250–450.
- Heating: heater, triac, temperature sensor — usually PLN 250–550.
- Lid lock, arms, sensors (errors C142 / C148 / C153) — usually PLN 300–450.
- Motor, bearings, drive coupling — usually PLN 300–950.
- Touchscreen — from about PLN 350 (TM5) to about PLN 900 (TM6 / TM7).
- Main board, power supply, communication modules, firmware errors — PLN 350–1,300.
- Turnaround: usually 3–7 working days from receiving the device (longer if a part must be ordered).
Frequently asked questions
Will I get a quote before the repair?
Yes. After free diagnostics we give you the exact price of parts and labour and start only once you approve it. If you decline, you pay nothing — you collect the device or we ship it back.
My Thermomix shows error C142 or C148 — what should I do?
First clean the lid and bowl contacts, make sure the bowl belongs to the same model and restart the machine. If the error comes back, the locking arms, sensors or lock motor are usually at fault — a workshop repair we quote after free diagnostics.
How long does a Thermomix repair take?
Usually 3–7 working days from receiving the device. If a rarer part has to be ordered (e.g. a TM7 screen), we tell you the lead time with the quote.
How do I ship my Thermomix to you?
Ideally in the original box with inserts; otherwise a sturdy box with at least 5 cm of padding on every side. Include the bowl with blade and lid (we cannot test without them); the Varoma only if it is part of the fault. Details on the Shipping page.
Is an older TM5 worth repairing?
Usually yes — TM5 parts are available and a typical repair (scale, heating, seal, bearings) costs a few hundred zloty versus PLN 6,669 for a new TM7. After diagnostics we will tell you honestly if a repair is not worth it.
Do you use genuine parts?
Genuine parts wherever available, otherwise proven replacements of the same grade. Every repair ends with a heating, scale and motor test, and parts and labour carry a 12-month warranty.
