About us

MediaMistrz is a consumer electronics service centre based in Katowice. We specialise in repairing DJI drones, Dyson vacuum cleaners, Dreame robot vacuums and Bambu Lab 3D printers.

We work by a simple rule: free diagnostics and a concrete quote first, then the repair — never the other way round. You are kept informed about your device at every stage, and every completed repair comes with a 12-month warranty.

We welcome customers in person at our Katowice service point, ul. Gen. Jankego 142, 40-613 Katowice, and we handle mail-in repairs for customers all over Poland — by courier or via an InPost parcel locker.

We also run the MediaMistrz online store with parts and accessories for the brands we service — which means many components are simply on hand.
