2. What data we process and why

• Repair request: first and last name, phone number, e-mail, device details (brand, model, serial number — optional), a description of the fault and any photos — in order to accept and carry out the repair (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Phone or e-mail contact: data provided in correspondence — in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Repair records and accounting: data necessary for accounting and warranty handling (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3. Retention period

We keep repair request data for the duration of the repair and the repair warranty period, and accounting data for the period required by tax regulations.

4. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the operation of the service: hosting and e-mail providers, courier companies (for shipment handling) and our accounting office. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict its processing and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise these rights, write to service@mediamistrz.eu.

6. Voluntary provision of data

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to accept the device for repair and to contact you about your request.
