Frequently asked questions
My Dyson runs only a few minutes — what now?
That is the most common cordless-vacuum fault and usually means a worn battery. After free diagnostics we quote a battery replacement before any work starts.
Do you replace Dyson motors?
Yes. We diagnose the cause of power loss or loud operation and replace the suction motor when needed, then test the device.
Can I ship my vacuum to you?
Yes — by courier or InPost parcel locker. Packing instructions are on the Shipping page.
